4-day week with full salary - from now on your weekend has 3 days!!!

34 instead of 40 hours of work - with the same salary and either Monday or Friday off!

For our next steps in our own growth process, we are now looking for you - an innovative and creative personality on a full-time or part-time basis for our office in Dresden or Berlin:

This is what you can look forward to:

  • Classic secretarial activities, such as processing incoming and outgoing mail, creating and processing correspondence, preparing presentation documents, preparing documents for annual financial statements and tax declarations using the necessary DATEV programs 
  • Implementation of varied projects (e.g. digitalisation, process development)
  • Appointment and travel management, organisation, order management
  • Client reception and support, communication with clients, tax offices and authorities

What we expect from you:

  • Successfully completed apprenticeship as an office communication or office management administrator, commercial assistance, management assistance for reception and secretarial services, etc. 
  • Relevant professional experience of at least one year
  • DATEV knowledge (experience in using DATEV applications) is an advantage
  • Confident handling of common MS Office programmes (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good writing skills, interest in numbers, organisation and business processes
  • Loyalty, independence and initiative as well as the ability to work in a team, friendly demeanour and structured way of working
  • Knowledge of Russian is an advantage, but not a requirement
