Ilja saw the opportunity, seized it, and won.
He recognised the opportunity during his interview at SKS, and we recognised his potential. Ilja joined us in the middle of preparing for his tax consultant exam.
We supported him and welcomed him to the team, releasing him after two months to study.
He left, learnt, passed, and returned as a tax consultant. He won.
