Dima - a passionate sailor and also a big visionary. He likes rowing upstream and towards a future worth living. He understands like no other, what team spirit really means. As a managing partner, he invests all his ideas (e.g. four-day workweek) and energy in the people who surround him - his employees, his family and his friends.
