Noack Wirtschaftsgesellschaft &amp; Steuerberatungsgesellschaft for a couple of years on matters relating to the mandatory audit of companies in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) and the audit of the annual accounts of municipal companies on the basis of their articles of association (Section 96 (1) No. 7 S\u00e4chsGemO).
